Lead architecture for an enterprise analytics product domain, translating product vision into production software architecture and technical roadmaps. Own architectural decisions, specification reviews, platform reuse, API-first design, security, and observability. Mentor product engineers, collaborate with QA and product owners, and use AI-assisted engineering tools within Agile Scrum and SAFe practices to deliver secure, cloud-agnostic software.

Manages test engineers and technicians, ensures explosive-safety and regulatory compliance, partners cross-functionally on root-cause and design decisions, and drives improvements in automation, throughput, metrology, and reporting.

Design and develop analog and mixed-signal CMOS, BiCMOS, and HBT RF ASIC building blocks. Perform circuit, signal, and system-level simulations; characterize designs; develop characterization plans; analyze power, cost, and performance trade-offs; and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews. The role also involves critical analog/RF cell layout, PLL architecture and modeling, lab characterization, silicon-to-simulation correlation, and collaboration with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for electrical utility monitoring products. Responsibilities include equipment layout, workflow optimization, Kaizen and lean initiatives, tooling and test-system development, cycle-time reduction, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, quality standards compliance, and manufacturing engineering project support. The role works closely with production teams on the factory floor and supports safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement objectives.
