Manage import shipments from booking through delivery, coordinating documents, customs clearance, customer updates, invoicing, and shipment tracking. Maintain accurate CargoWise records, ensure tariff and SOP compliance, perform job costing, prepare operational reports, and resolve transit or documentation issues. Provide customer service and support junior team members while managing multiple time-sensitive logistics processes.
