The role requires technical knowledge of nonwoven materials and manufacturing, technical sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and up to 40% domestic and international travel.

Lead global financial strategy, planning, reporting, accounting, treasury, risk management, M&A, and operational finance for a multinational manufacturing company. Advise the CEO and shareholders, optimize costs, cash flow, capital investments, and working capital, ensure global compliance and controls, and build a high-performing finance organization. Significant domestic and international travel is required.
