Develops client relationships and drives sales of structural concrete strengthening solutions across Northern California. Develops new and existing client relationships throughout the San Francisco region to grow sales of structural concrete strengthening services. Responsibilities include presenting engineered solutions, pursuing leads, supporting proposals and bid packages, attending jobsite and pre-bid meetings, maintaining CRM records, updating contact databases, and collaborating with marketing, technology, construction, and operations teams. The role requires strong local market knowledge, experience with complex sales cycles, and 70%–80% local travel.

Performs quality control reviews of structural shop drawings and provides technical support for post-tension system detailing, installation, repair, and design. Collaborates with detailing, coordination, shop, and estimating teams; maintains knowledge of post-tensioning standards and construction practices; and may participate in client meetings, site inspections, repairs, and coordination. Requires civil or structural engineering expertise, post-tension experience, knowledge of PTI and ACI codes, and strong documentation and organizational skills.

Conduct field investigations and structural condition assessments; analyze concrete structures; design repairs, seismic retrofits, and strengthening systems; prepare construction drawings, calculations, technical submittals, and reports; coordinate with clients, engineers, drafters, and construction crews; and mentor junior engineers.
