The Senior Compensation Analyst administers global compensation programs, conducts market benchmarking and pay equity analyses, evaluates jobs, and supports salary structures, incentive programs, and annual compensation planning. The role prepares reports and financial models, maintains compensation data in Oracle Fusion HCM, audits transactions, supports compliance, and advises HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, workforce planning, reorganizations, and pay recommendations.

Supports corporate accounting operations by preparing GAAP financial statements, overseeing general ledger and consolidations, supervising accounting staff, coordinating audits and foreign accounting activities, maintaining internal controls, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial analysis.
