Manages a portfolio of churches through virtual communication, support, training, and engagement initiatives. Serves as the primary contact, monitors participation and unmet requests, resolves issues, tracks activity in CRM systems, and encourages sustainable responses to children and families in crisis. Collaborates with onboarding, network development, platform support, and other engagement specialists to improve network health, consistency, and impact.

Creates video and photography that connect donors with children, families, and local partners. Manages full production cycles from concept and pre-production through shooting, editing, asset organization, and multi-platform delivery. Guide new agencies through CarePortal onboarding, including platform setup, virtual training, and first request submission. Ensure agencies understand quality standards and feel confident using the platform. Track onboarding milestones, follow established playbooks, provide process-improvement feedback, and transition agencies to the Engagement team after their first approved submission. Participate in strategy meetings addressing network issues and opportunities.

Coordinates cross-functional Advancement projects involving grants, proposals, reports, contracts, compliance, and funder deliverables. Establishes timelines, owners, dependencies, and workflows; tracks deadlines and requirements; gathers input from internal experts; identifies risks and blockers; and ensures deliverables are complete and accurate. The role also develops reporting, maintains centralized records, standardizes recurring processes, and improves operational systems across teams.

Build and grow CarePortal’s local network by developing relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Recruit and enroll new participants, manage a prospect pipeline, track performance in CRM systems, coordinate onboarding, and represent CarePortal at community and faith-based events. The role requires consistent in-person engagement, independent prioritization, market strategy execution, and relationship-building that strengthens local support for children and families in crisis.

Build and grow CarePortal’s local network across Boone and Cole Counties by developing relationships with churches, agencies, champions, and community partners. Recruit and enroll new participants, manage a prospect pipeline, track performance in CRM systems, coordinate onboarding, and support local gatherings and events. The role requires consistent community presence, independent work, strong communication, and alignment with market growth strategies and organizational KPIs.

Leads accounting and finance operations, including financial reporting, GAAP compliance, internal controls, close cycles, audits, tax filings, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, contract management, and financial systems. Oversees banking, insurance, audit, tax, and software partners; manages accounting and finance staff; and supports cross-departmental initiatives. The role partners with the CFO and finance committee while improving policies, processes, and organizational financial infrastructure.
