Promotes products and services, manages parts ordering and expediting for customer jobsites, identifies customer needs, resolves complaints, maintains customer relationships, develops service programs, grows market share, and supports parts inventory, warehouse, freight, inspections, and front-counter operations. The role requires driving, forklift and overhead crane operation, heavy lifting, extensive physical activity, 24-hour on-call availability, and compliance with OSHA, MSHA, safety, and driving requirements.

Supports outside sales through equipment quoting, inventory management, purchase orders, ERP reviews, manufacturer coordination, sales and inventory reporting, customer assistance, and service order administration. The role manages equipment and attachment inventory, ensures accurate costs and invoicing, maintains manufacturer knowledge, supports rental and sales fleets, and coordinates with vendors and product support teams.
