Sell and rent construction machinery within an assigned territory, meeting sales and rental quotas through prospecting, customer relationship management, product demonstrations, quotations, and follow-up. The role requires at least 25 quality sales calls weekly, maintaining customer and financial records, monitoring competition, supporting deliveries and paperwork, attending sales activities, and spending substantial time visiting customers by vehicle.

Supports inside and outside sales for compact equipment, attachments, rentals, and inventory. Manages product support for assigned customers and jobsites, including parts ordering, expediting, parts identification, customer service, sales growth, market development, and service-program coordination. Maintains customer relationships, satisfaction, call reports, competitive intelligence, and equipment population records. Provides backup support for parts, warehouse, inventory, mechanics, and the Parts and Service Manager. Requires jobsite work, equipment operation, physical material handling, 24-hour on-call availability, and compliance with safety standards.

Manages parts ordering, expediting, customer service, product and service promotion, and account development for assigned heavy-equipment customers. Builds customer relationships, grows market share, handles complaints, coordinates service programs, tracks competitive activity, and maintains customer and equipment records. Provides backup support for parts, warehouse, inventory, freight, inspections, and ERP data entry. Work occurs at customer jobsites and company facilities, requiring vehicle, forklift, and overhead crane operation, physical lifting, and 24-hour on-call availability.
