Leads enterprise-wide strategic transformation initiatives from planning through execution, translating organizational goals into actionable plans and measurable results. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, project management, KPI reporting, demand modeling, market research, financial and operational analysis, process optimization, and mentoring junior team members. The role supports strategic growth and operational improvement across healthcare operations, finance, clinical, and growth teams.

Owns an enterprise-wide provider ramp and productivity program for newly hired physicians and APPs. Designs standardized playbooks, milestones, and cross-functional workflows; facilitates accountability across credentialing, scheduling, marketing, HR, finance, IT, and operations; tracks provider productivity metrics; presents performance scorecards and recommendations to leadership; and drives continuous process improvement, SOP development, and training.

Develop and execute employer growth strategies, acquire and negotiate new employer contracts, manage sales pipelines, and build revenue-generating relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, health plans, and purchasing partners. Design employer programs, pricing, and implementation plans; identify expansion and renewal opportunities; lead marketing and engagement initiatives; and collaborate cross-functionally to launch solutions and achieve growth outcomes.

Manage strategic sourcing categories across healthcare procurement, developing category strategies, leading competitive sourcing events, negotiating contracts, managing supplier performance, mitigating supply chain risk, and delivering measurable savings. Analyze spend and market data, advise stakeholders, track procurement KPIs, maintain contract compliance, and support procurement technology improvements.

Leads onboarding, integration, productivity ramp-up, and shareholder pathway processes for newly hired physicians and advanced practice providers. Partners with clinical and executive leaders on provider relations, performance, retention, change management, compliance, and HR administration. Monitors milestones, resolves barriers, coaches leaders, manages FMLA and performance documentation, and recommends improvements to provider experience and organizational processes.
