Lead marketing strategy and execution for farm, ranch, and pet brands. Own social media strategy and execution across 20+ private brands, including content planning, copywriting, asset creation, publishing, community management, trend monitoring, influencer engagement, and performance reporting. Partner with brand managers, creative teams, and agencies to support campaigns, launches, paid social, events, and reputation management while maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

Supports private brand marketing execution and Member retailers by managing digital assets, access permissions, contact lists, marketing kits, product content, email communications, newsletters, launch materials, and proofreading. Responds to Member requests, monitors social content use, assists with competitive research, coordinates product samples, and supports broader campaigns. The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Creates and produces integrated marketing campaigns and creative assets across digital, print, web, email, social media, branding, packaging, and advertising. Develops private-brand identities, maintains design systems and brand assets, prepares production-ready files, and collaborates with marketing, brand, digital, and category teams. Manages multiple projects, deadlines, feedback, and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and brand consistency.

Leads strategy, profitability, sourcing, vendor negotiations, private-brand development, purchasing, distribution, and go-to-market execution for sporting goods categories including hunting, shooting sports, fishing, and camping. Develops consumer insights and category analysis, manages vendor contracts and promotional funding, and builds relationships with company ownership, executives, suppliers, and buying teams. Requires extensive sporting goods category leadership and some travel.

Process routine and off-cycle payroll, administer employee benefits and 401(k) plans, calculate and record compensation and benefits entries, support month-end close and financial audits, prepare payroll reports, and assist employees with payroll and benefits questions. The role requires payroll tax knowledge, advanced Excel skills, accuracy, confidentiality, strong organization, and collaboration with HR, management, and service providers.
