Owns the company’s end-to-end digital growth strategy across acquisition, SEO, paid media, social, content, CRO, lifecycle marketing, analytics, attribution, and experimentation. Leads efforts to grow buyer and seller audiences, improve conversion and retention, reduce acquisition costs, increase marketing ROI, and scale marketplace revenue. Partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Customer Experience, executives, agencies, vendors, and external partners while building high-performing marketing teams.

Supports sales operations by processing sales orders, maintaining accurate CRM and customer records, managing documentation and reporting, tracking service requests, coordinating onboarding and order confirmations, resolving customer concerns, and collaborating with Sales, Support, and Operations teams.

Manage B2B customer relationships, drive retention and account growth, lead onboarding and go-live coordination, monitor adoption and success metrics, conduct business reviews, resolve customer issues, maintain CRM records, and lead sales efforts including cross-sell, upsell, and territory-based outreach.
