The FP&A Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and operational performance analysis across multiple business divisions. The role partners with finance, operations, project management, and executives to evaluate profitability, resource allocation, cash flow, capital investments, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include Power BI reporting, project and backlog analysis, management presentations, process improvements, and support for M&A and integration planning.

Build and maintain customer relationships within an assigned territory, develop sales strategies, identify new opportunities, prepare estimates and bids, negotiate and close sales, and grow existing and new accounts. The role requires customer meetings, product and market research, accurate sales records, post-sale follow-up, and collaboration with management, vendors, and internal departments. Regular driving and occasional out-of-town, nighttime, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
