Leads and manages a complex DoD cybersecurity task order focused on web and application vulnerability management. Oversees multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams, contract execution, deliverables, schedules, staffing, quality control, risk assessments, RMF compliance, vulnerability assessments, and security engineering activities. Serves as the primary liaison to DLA and government stakeholders, conducts project reviews, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with DoD, NIST, and DLA cybersecurity requirements.

Analyzes complex business processes, data requirements, and information systems supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Applies DoD Business Enterprise Architecture, data modeling, enterprise architecture, systems integration, and process analysis expertise to improve data quality, interoperability, modernization, and enterprise decision-making. This fully remote role requires Secret clearance and supports AMPS program initiatives.

Produces user manuals, how-to guides, reference materials, and other documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborates with developers, quality engineers, project managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy. Reviews and updates existing content, researches complex technical topics, and creates clear, user-friendly documentation. The role is fully remote and requires an IT-II clearance or previous T3 background investigation.

Provide technical support and hands-on delivery for integrating ICAM requirements into DLA enterprise systems and applications. Conduct infrastructure research and development, ensure hardware and software compliance, document technical specifications, project plans, configurations, test plans, and results, and communicate complex designs and project status to varied audiences.

Designs enterprise-scale ICAM system architectures, defining functional and technical requirements, integration approaches, authentication, authorization, segregation of duties, and privileged access management. Develops high-level system design diagrams and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture, open systems, OSI, ISO, IEEE OSE, and common operating environment standards. Evaluates workflow and organizational issues and develops corrective actions. Requires Secret clearance, substantial system architecture experience, ICAM implementation expertise, and DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification.

Develops and troubleshoots software supporting the DLA JAMMEX program, with emphasis on APIs, BPMN-based process automation, and low-code/no-code platforms. Leads software projects, creates user manuals, and directs the work of other developers. The role requires experience with platforms such as Appian, Salesforce, or Nintex; Microsoft SQL Server and .NET; agile and hybrid development; relevant technical certification; and an IT-II clearance or current NACLC.

Provides advanced cybersecurity engineering and vulnerability management for DLA enterprise IT, cloud, and operational technology environments. Responsibilities include secure architecture design, vulnerability assessments, risk analysis, compliance validation, STIG and POA&M governance, security control implementation, RMF documentation, technical reporting, and OT security engineering. The role supports classified and unclassified systems and coordinates with program managers, security managers, administrators, network engineers, and authorizing officials.

Provides cybersecurity engineering support for integrating, configuring, testing, sustaining, and improving enterprise security technologies supporting DLA. Focuses on F5 BIG-IP ASM and WAF engineering, including policy development, patching, upgrades, tuning, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Assesses compliance with DoD and federal information assurance requirements, supports security testing and technical reviews, and develops implementation standards, SOPs, reports, training materials, and technical recommendations.

Administers and optimizes the Defense Logistics Agency’s Okta environment, including deployment, configuration, integrations, maintenance, upgrades, performance analysis, automation, documentation, training, and technical support. Resolves connectivity issues, recommends system enhancements, supports operational systems, and directs system administrators. Requires advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance, plus Okta certification and five years of professional Okta experience.

Provides technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance solutions, including architecture, risk assessment, automation, systems integration, application development, and secure access. Designs and implements identity systems across multi-platform environments using Oracle IAM technologies, LDAP, databases, operating systems, application servers, cloud infrastructure, and web/API technologies. Supports DoD and federal customers in an Impact Level 5 Oracle Cloud environment and requires advanced systems engineering expertise, certifications, and a Tier 3 or IT-II designation.
