Supports end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring events, offers, background checks, orientation, and candidate communications. Maintains HRIS and learning-management records, tracks credentials and training, reviews timecards, supports payroll, prepares reports, and ensures compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The role also responds to HR inquiries, develops outreach materials, and supports policy and process improvements. Work is primarily in person with possible hybrid flexibility after probation.
