Manage engineering document entry, setup, review, release, and distribution. Receive customer drawings and specifications into the ERP system, verify document accuracy, release approved drawings for production, prepare shop floor documentation, assist with ClickUp administration, and maintain SharePoint files and pages. The role coordinates with sales, engineering, and planning to ensure accurate document flow supporting production operations.

Provides HR support for employees, applicants, managers, and new hires. Manages Paycom ATS data, offer letters, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, orientation, employee departures, HR reports, invoices, and reimbursements. Supports employee experience, recognition, culture, community engagement, employer branding, recruiting events, social media, internal communications, and international employees.
