Supports resident billing and accounts receivable by handling inquiries, statements, collections, deposits, resident files, census updates, refunds, and financial data entry. Build referral relationships, manage events, respond quickly to leads, maintain occupancy targets, track performance in Salesforce, identify funnel gaps, and implement conversion improvements. The role requires a results-driven closer with strong emotional intelligence, hospitality focus, and demonstrated senior living sales or occupancy success.

Directs marketing and sales for independent living residences, including occupancy development, annual marketing planning, advertising, referrals, events, lead generation, budgeting, CRM management, prospect follow-up, reporting, and team performance. The role leads Residency Counselors and marketing staff, partners with executive leadership, and executes strategies to meet occupancy and sales goals. Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

Provides front desk coverage in a senior living community by greeting residents and visitors, answering calls, maintaining visitor logs, issuing badges, performing administrative support, creating communications in Canva, and assisting with emergency procedures. The role is PRN and includes PTO, weekend, holiday, and other coverage as needed.
