Partners with hospital leaders across assigned facilities to align workforce strategies with organizational goals. Provides consultation on workforce planning, engagement, retention, productivity, change management, employee and labor relations, leadership development, and compliance. Analyzes workforce trends and data, supports HR programs and centralized service delivery, advises on sensitive employee matters, and coordinates with HR centers of excellence, Legal, Compliance, and Labor Relations.

Provides project management support across assigned initiatives, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, risk, budget, resource, quality, and change management. Collaborates with executives, sponsors, and cross-functional teams; facilitates meetings; analyzes project data; supports strategic planning and organizational change; and implements process improvements using Lean and continuous improvement principles. Maintains project documentation, tracks performance, and translates strategic goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Coordinates healthcare workforce recruitment events, community and educational partnerships, workforce development initiatives, outreach, career coaching, and recruitment strategies. Tracks workforce data, prepares reports, supports training programs, engages stakeholders, and helps build healthcare talent pipelines. The role requires extensive travel and may support immigration services or education and advancement programs.
