Create and manage social media content for dealership brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, photographing and filming vehicles, people, events, and community initiatives, editing visual content, monitoring engagement, designing promotional graphics, and preparing performance reports. Use analytics to refine content strategies, increase audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency across multiple dealership brands.

Build customer relationships, identify vehicle needs, demonstrate Subaru products, guide customers through purchases, manage leads and follow-up in CRM tools, and generate repeat and referral business. Collaborate with sales, service, parts, and finance teams while representing the Subaru brand at dealership and community events. Paid training and mentorship are provided; automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.
