Manages automation-environment projects from conceptualization through implementation. Documents and validates business requirements and processes, formulates use cases, creates test plans, performs application testing, and produces technical documentation. Supports SAP Solution Manager in an IT application-support environment. Responsibilities include learning and growing within the role, providing technical support, developing task-specific plans, solving problems independently, collaborating with teams, and participating in off-hours on-call support when required.

Designs, builds, and configures SAP Data Services applications and architectures. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to finalize requirements, develops ETL interfaces, extracts and transforms SAP and external-source data, and coordinates testing and implementation. The role focuses on master and transactional data integration using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services versions 3.2 and 4.0. Oil and gas experience is preferred, and only local Houston-area candidates are considered.

Administer and design enterprise Oracle databases, including logical and physical data modeling, stored procedures, triggers, scripts, SQL optimization, tuning, upgrades, and support for Java and IBM WebSphere applications. Manage large multi-terabyte production databases, assist application development teams across concurrent cycles, and apply database tools such as RAC, GoldenGate, ASM, Data Guard, and RMAN.

Supports account management and sales activities in a consulting and staffing environment. The role requires recruiting or business development experience, strong communication, enthusiasm for sales and management, creative thinking, positive influence, coachability, and a strong work ethic.

Develop Java applications using object-oriented programming, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, REST, web services, UNIX/Linux, and SOA. Build and maintain high-quality software, write unit tests and test automation, work with ESBs, message queues, and business rules engines, and collaborate with peers to meet project timelines. The role requires adaptability, accountability, strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to learn new technologies.

Manages projects across the project and system development lifecycles; identifies and documents risks, issues, and mitigation strategies; coordinates meetings, presentations, agendas, follow-up materials, and assignments; analyzes requirements and processes; and independently plans and executes project goals while communicating with stakeholders.
