Required Skills:
• 5 Years of Project management experience on projects implementing processes in an automation environment, including experience from project conceptualization to implementation.
• 5 Years of experience with business analysis related to documenting and validating business requirements and business processes.
• 5 Years of experience in the IT industry.
• 5 Years of experience in formulating use case scenarios, creating test plans, and performing application testing.
• 5 Years of experience in creating technical documentation.
• 5 Years of experience with MS Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience working in a team environment.
• Strong experience in effective general written and oral communications
Preferred Skills:
• 5 Years of Successful customer problem resolution experience using analysis, technical and people skills as appropriate.
• 5 Years of Ability to interact with a diverse level of staff to exchange and extract information.
