Provides administrative and operational support for a student housing property. Responsibilities include accounts receivable and payable processing, customer service, visitor access monitoring, mail and correspondence handling, office supply management, clerical tasks, move-in and move-out support, marketing tours, and participation in an on-call rotation. The role requires proficiency with office software and systems, occasional evening and weekend work, and proximity to campus for emergencies.

Prepares monthly and annual GAAP financial statements, reconciliations, journal and transaction reviews, budget-to-actual analyses, fixed asset and depreciation records, and financial reporting for assigned student housing properties. Provides accounting guidance, researches reporting issues, supports site management, assists with year-end close and third-party audits, and analyzes profitability, capital expenditures, and operating performance.
