Drive sales of agricultural and construction equipment by prospecting customers, presenting products, managing territories, maintaining relationships, explaining financing, documenting sales activity, resolving customer and credit issues, monitoring markets and products, participating in industry events, and ensuring accurate, timely equipment delivery.

Provide desk-side IT support for Windows workstations, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, printers, file shares, mobile devices, software, peripherals, and hardware. Diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage trouble tickets, document support activities, meet SLA requirements, and escalate problems when needed. Support employee computer moves and independently handle day-to-day troubleshooting in an office environment.

Responsible for selling forestry equipment across South Carolina, developing customer relationships, coordinating territory sales activities, supporting quotes, managing equipment demonstrations and deliveries, communicating inventory and specification needs, maintaining activity records, providing technical information and training support, and attending forestry equipment trade shows.

Supports daily network operations, maintenance, monitoring, and security across on-premises and cloud environments. Assists with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, firewall, switch, router, and access point administration. Manages user accounts and access, troubleshoots connectivity and hardware issues, provides Tier 1–2 technical support, supports patching and vulnerability remediation, documents configurations, and assists with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

Creates and maintains technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, service bulletins, SOPs, training materials, and visual job aids for heavy equipment service operations. Acts as a liaison between OEMs, branches, technicians, warranty, parts, and service teams. Reviews service trends and warranty data, supports failure analysis, verifies service procedures, communicates product updates, and assists with technician onboarding and training.

Demonstrate Komatsu machine-control and grade-control technology to customers and sales teams, coordinate demonstrations, provide pre- and post-sale training, manage technology inventory and sales or rental activities, communicate with GPS manufacturers and dealers, and assist technicians with basic troubleshooting.

Provide desk-side and remote technical support for Windows workstations, Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, printers, file shares, peripherals, mobile devices, and networked applications. Install software, replace desktop and laptop hardware, support employee moves and changes, manage trouble tickets, document troubleshooting, meet SLA requirements, and escalate issues when needed. The role is on-site in Leesburg, Georgia, with occasional local travel and physical demands including lifting equipment.
