Supports the full-cycle recruitment and hiring process, including candidate screening, onboarding, recruitment compliance, HRIS administration, and related HR processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, time management, and knowledge of employment law and labor regulations. Responsibilities are performed onsite Monday through Friday and include maintaining compliance with background checks, drug screening, driver requirements, and applicable Florida regulations.
