Manages high-volume accounts payable and accounting functions, including vendor setup, invoice approvals, payments, reconciliations, 1099 reporting, property taxes, corporate cards, client loan billing, and financial records. Resolves discrepancies, supports audits, prepares reports for the CFO, maintains internal controls, coordinates with vendors and agency departments, and supervises an Accounting Assistant.
