Own HubSpot as the enterprise CRM platform across six business units, including data architecture, permissions, workflows, integrations, data quality, reporting, user enablement, and vendor coordination. Monitor ERP-to-CRM data flows, troubleshoot API and synchronization issues, maintain automation, administer sales, service, and marketing operations, and enforce governance and change control.
