Performs general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, account reconciliations, journal entries, grant administration, audit preparation, and financial analysis for the YMCA and partner organizations. The role prepares monthly statements, forecasts, cash-flow reports, budgets, and ad hoc analyses while supporting cross-functional Central Services activities and responding to staff and client inquiries.

Maintains financial records through reconciliations, journal entries, bank monitoring, accounts payable, credit card management, budgeting, audits, and financial reporting. Supports insurance reimbursement programs, membership billing, returned payments, and branch deposits. Provides staff assistance with Daxko software and responds to financial and membership inquiries. Collaborates with finance leadership, auditors, partner YMCAs, and cross-functional teams in a full-time office-based role.

Leads membership recruitment, retention, engagement, and customer service operations for a YMCA branch. Recruits, trains, schedules, and evaluates member services staff and volunteers; manages front-desk service quality, memberships, scholarships, rentals, events, budgets, partnerships, and community relationships. The role also handles member concerns, supports marketing and program registration, promotes inclusion and equity, and ensures a safe, welcoming member experience.
