Analyzes customer requirements, performs modal, FRF, ODS, transient, dynamometer, shaker, and vehicle testing, identifies root causes, and implements countermeasures. Collaborates with design, applications, CAE, program, customer, and supplier teams; supports DVP&R planning, lab equipment calibration, reporting, documentation, work instructions, and lessons learned. Provides technical leadership and may travel occasionally to plants, suppliers, and technical centers.

Leads full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, screening candidates, facilitating interviews, negotiating offers, managing relocations, and supporting onboarding and workforce planning. Troubleshoot servomotors and robotic systems, support product design changes, monitor daily line operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and rack-type EPS gear assembly.

Processes and monitors accounts payable, including supplier payments, PO and non-PO vouchers, aging, credit cards, reconciliations, accruals, cost allocations, and month-end close activities. Supports financial statement audits, prepares recurring reports, follows K-SOX compliance requirements, manages UPS/FedEx/DHL accounts, and trains teams on payable procedures. The role is office-based, non-supervisory, and requires accurate handling of large amounts of financial data.

Monitor OEM part quality, investigate and contain customer issues, lead root-cause and corrective-action activities, manage quality reports and customer portals, analyze DTCs using CANape and Squadriga, conduct inspections, track quality KPIs, coordinate customer meetings, and protect production lines through rapid containment and decision-making. The role is fully on-site in Savannah, Georgia, with possible customer-site assignments or travel.
