Coordinates telecommunications projects from initiation through completion by supporting planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, documentation, procurement, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communications. Tracks milestones, deliverables, risks, permits, contracts, and compliance requirements while maintaining accurate project records. Schedules site surveys, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities; facilitates meetings and escalates issues to support timely, compliant project delivery.

Provides onsite first-level and escalated IT support, including user administration, Active Directory management, workstation deployment, Windows Server support, networking, virtualization, backups, Power BI reporting, and business-system maintenance. Troubleshoots hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues; supports infrastructure monitoring, PowerShell automation, documentation, software upgrades, and technology projects. The role occasionally travels for office deployments and may provide after-hours support for critical systems.
