The Project Accountant manages accounts receivable, client payment follow-up, invoicing, project setup, compliance documentation, project reporting, and administrative support for project and business managers. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, deadline management, client communication, problem-solving, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe in a fast-paced team environment.

Leads regional proposal and marketing efforts, including RFP analysis, proposal strategy, compliance tracking, writing, editing, presentations, and quality control. Manages schedules, proposal materials, brand consistency, marketing resources, and coordination with internal teams and subconsultants. Supports marketing campaigns and regional proposal personnel while meeting strict deadlines in a remote environment.

Leads engineering oversight across office, laboratory, and field operations; maintains accreditations; signs final affidavits; mentors staff; provides technical guidance; manages projects, budgets, contracts, billing, and profit and loss; reviews structural and civil plans; performs site calculations; supports proposals and client communications; and tracks opportunities and projects in Salesforce.

Develops and executes regional business development strategies for instrumentation and monitoring services across Northeast infrastructure and construction markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, client presentations, contract negotiation, market analysis, strategic partnerships, account expansion, CRM management, forecasting, and achieving sales targets. The role builds relationships with engineering firms, contractors, owners, public agencies, and developers while coordinating with technical and operations teams. Extensive travel throughout the Northeast Corridor is required.

Supports geotechnical and structural monitoring programs for infrastructure and construction projects. Responsibilities include developing instrumentation plans, coordinating instrument installation, analyzing monitoring data, preparing technical reports, establishing alert thresholds, coordinating field teams and subcontractors, conducting site visits, communicating with project stakeholders, and supporting proposals. The role combines office-based engineering, project coordination, and frequent fieldwork throughout the New York metropolitan area.
