Processes payroll, taxes, garnishments, commissions, benefits, leave, ACA reporting, and year-end forms. Coordinates recruiting, employee orientation, employment-law compliance, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and HR systems. The role is primarily based in Lennox with periodic travel to other locations.

Manages dealership office accounting and administrative functions, including daily deposits, cash reporting, account reconciliations, journals, general ledger preparation, payroll support, vehicle payoffs, floorplan payments, dealer trade documentation, regulatory compliance, and management reporting.
