Leads The MAX’s fundraising strategy and contributed revenue growth, including major gifts, planned giving, endowment development, grants, membership, donor stewardship, and campaign readiness. Partners with the CEO, board, staff, and volunteers to cultivate and solicit donors, strengthen fundraising infrastructure, manage CRM data, monitor performance, and report development metrics. Represents the organization throughout Mississippi, requiring substantial travel and occasional evening or weekend event attendance.
