Processes and manages eCommerce orders, change orders, returns, cancellations, credits, chargebacks, fraud-related reviews, and shipping issues. Coordinates with warehouses and customers to resolve problems promptly and maintain high satisfaction. Handles complaints and follow-ups while ensuring accurate order sources and freight processing. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, reliable attendance, and the ability to pass physical, human performance, and drug-screening evaluations.

Develops new and existing business accounts by prospecting, conducting sales calls, managing a Salesforce pipeline, presenting products and solutions, negotiating pricing, and supporting customer account services. The role monitors market competition, resolves customer issues, supports training, maintains sales records, and works with internal teams to close sales. Significant local travel to customers and occasional travel to company locations and meetings is required.

Supports and improves enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, warehouse management, integrations, eCommerce platforms, and reporting systems. Provides Level 2/3 support, troubleshoots issues, performs root cause analysis, configures applications, develops reports and dashboards, analyzes system data, and implements enhancements. Collaborates with business teams, vendors, and developers to improve workflows, integrations, testing, and deployments.

Administers and troubleshoots corporate IT infrastructure, including Windows systems, hardware, networks, VPNs, wireless technologies, VoIP, and Microsoft 365 services. Provides Tier 2/3 support, manages identity and endpoint security controls, maintains inventories and technical documentation, supports compliance efforts, and handles installations, cabling, and off-hours on-call duties.
