Assists costume designers and costume shop leadership throughout theatrical productions. Responsibilities include creating costume plots and tracking paperwork, sourcing and purchasing materials, coordinating fittings and measurements, maintaining databases and budgets, supporting rehearsals and strikes, managing costume stock and shipments, and communicating with production teams. The role requires theatrical costume shop experience, familiarity with fabrics, clothing periods, costuming tools and techniques, Excel, accounting procedures, and the ability to lift 40 pounds and work flexible hours.

Leads executive administration and high-priority strategic initiatives for the President and CEO. Manages cross-functional project plans, budgets, timelines, risks, communications, and stakeholder follow-up. Provides strategic and operational leadership for the Arts + Health Laboratory and Georgia’s NeuroArts Coalition, coordinating partnerships, research, convenings, communications, and data management. Supports external relationship development, funding opportunities, executive briefings, and evolving organizational priorities.

Provides administrative and operational support to senior advancement executives, including calendar management, donor meeting preparation, expense and travel coordination, fundraising tracking, reporting, prospect research, donor stewardship, and meeting coordination. Maintains CRM and development systems, reconciles finance data, tracks sponsorship benefits and deliverables, manages fundraising calendars, and coordinates cross-campus campaigns and initiatives. Requires occasional evening and weekend availability for donor and community events.
