Lead IT strategy and operations for a high-growth space manufacturing startup. Own identity and access management, device administration, endpoint security, networking, remote access, SaaS and vendor lifecycle management, documentation, compliance controls supporting ITAR and export control requirements, and security practices. Partner with business teams, manage an MSP, execute high-impact technical work, and plan the transition to an internal IT organization.

Owns delivery of complex space hardware missions and products from customer commitments through build, integration, testing, qualification, launch, and operations. Coordinates cross-functional engineering and business teams, manages schedules, risks, priorities, decisions, and verification requirements, and resolves interfaces and anomalies. Represents the company to customers, government program offices, launch providers, and partners. Builds and leads the program management function, including hiring, team development, and integrated execution standards.

Lead electrical architecture, design, analysis, documentation, integration, testing, and iteration for spacecraft Fabship hardware. Own ECAD assemblies, PCBAs, power systems, RF, instrumentation, and mixed-signal interfaces from concept through qualification and flight. Perform reliability, radiation, EMI/EMC, derating, and environmental analyses; develop HITL and automated test capabilities; support manufacturing, suppliers, failure investigations, and design reviews. Mentor engineers and help establish electrical engineering standards in a fast-paced aerospace hardware environment.
