Administers the Canvas LMS across dual-enrollment programs, including course setup, enrollments, academic terms, user access, templates, and semester launches. Coordinates district onboarding, student support, reporting, and operational communications. Resolves access and navigation issues, maintains documentation and procedures, monitors student engagement, and recommends workflow improvements. Partners with academic, technology, instructional, and district teams to ensure scalable, accurate, and responsive learning operations.

The Provost provides executive leadership for academic and student affairs, overseeing academic programs, student success, faculty development, accreditation, assessment, budgeting, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness. The role supervises academic and student affairs leaders, advances innovation in teaching and workforce education, manages a division exceeding $25 million, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops industry, community, employer, and educational partnerships.

Coordinates business development outreach for prospective school district partners. Manages CRM records, pipeline tracking, meeting logistics, communications, outbound campaigns, conference support, documentation, and follow-up. Collaborates across business development, academic, technology, operations, marketing, and communications teams while improving outreach processes and partner engagement workflows. The role supports nonprofit educational expansion and requires occasional travel within Minnesota.
