Drive membership sales through phone outreach, prospective-member engagement, club tours, and individual and team target achievement. Onboard new members and provide premium after-care service while representing the company’s values. The role is based in a club or office environment and requires evening, weekend, and public-holiday availability. Previous sales experience is desirable but not essential.

Make high-volume outbound calls to members who are leaving or have missed payments, with the goal of retaining memberships and reducing company attrition. Manage workload independently, deliver customer service, identify commercial opportunities, and help maximize membership growth and revenue in a fast-paced health and leisure environment.

Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to exceed acquisition, retention, and membership targets. The role involves planning sales activity, monitoring KPIs, analyzing performance data, engaging prospects and members on the club floor, and improving the customer journey. The manager will develop high-performing teams and drive sustainable growth while working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Handle member queries and requests through chat, telephone, and email; process membership issues accurately and efficiently; engage members to deliver excellent service; make outbound calls; meet performance targets; and contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused membership support environment. This is a fully office-based role requiring reasonable commuting distance to the membership hub.
