Coordinates physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, including candidate follow-up, hiring in Workday, credentialing, licensing, onboarding, relocation support, reporting, database maintenance, meetings, conferences, and recruitment projects. Serves as a liaison among candidates, families, recruiters, leadership, internal departments, and external vendors while supporting process improvement and timely completion of recruitment activities.
