Manage custom architectural signage projects from design and engineering handoff through manufacturing, logistics, delivery, and installation. Responsibilities include coordinating clients, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors; controlling budgets, profit margins, purchase orders, timelines, permits, compliance, documentation, and project risks. The role also requires reviewing technical drawings and contracts, maintaining digital job files, and coordinating complex multi-site installations.

Supports Sales Account Managers throughout signage projects from proposal and bidding through design, production, installation, permitting, billing, and closeout. Coordinates revisions, documentation, installation plans, permit tracking, project status updates, and communication among clients and internal teams. Conducts local site walks and ensures accurate, timely project delivery.

The HR Manager leads employee relations, HR compliance, policy development, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, organizational design, HR records, and HRIS reporting. The role partners with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and onboarding, advises managers, resolves workplace issues, and supports engagement and retention. It requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and extensive managerial HR experience in an onsite manufacturing environment.

Designs architectural signage from initial concepts through fabrication-ready shop drawings. Develops visual identities, wayfinding systems, scaled layouts, material specifications, mounting details, and electrical requirements. Ensures designs comply with ADA and local codes and are optimized for CNC, cutting, printing, and etching equipment. Coordinates with sales, production, and art leadership, manages multiple projects, conducts site surveys, and supports safe, efficient manufacturing and installation.
