The Global Controller leads worldwide accounting operations across US and international offices. Responsibilities include month-end close, general ledger integrity, grant accounting, revenue recognition, consolidations, internal controls, reconciliations, audits, statutory compliance, and financial systems oversight. The role manages country finance staff, maintains accounting policies and procedures, supports donor and government award compliance, and ensures accurate financial reporting under US GAAP. The position also owns Sage Intacct accounting processes and develops staff capacity across a distributed nonprofit organization.
