Coordinates the contract-to-production process for home improvement projects, tracking permits, measurements, materials, schedules, documentation, and customer communications. Supports Project Managers by managing administrative setup, maintaining CRM records, coordinating vendors and internal teams, and monitoring project milestones. Also provides office administration, customer service, meeting coordination, supply management, visitor reception, and post-installation follow-up.

Own post-sale cancellation requests, de-escalate customers, identify objections, and develop approved resolution paths to retain projects and revenue. Proactively monitor at-risk projects, coordinate with project managers, process cancellations when necessary, document root causes, and report save rates, retained revenue, and cancellation trends to leadership. Build the company’s initial customer success save playbook and help develop the future team.

Own and administer Veridian’s Salesforce-based i360 CRM, including configuration, user access, lead routing, reporting, data governance, automation, integrations, system reliability, and release management. Provide user support, training, documentation, and cross-functional partnership with sales, analytics, leadership, and vendors to optimize CRM performance and data integrity.

Own the company-wide business systems stack, including Salesforce CRM, in-home sales, project management, integrations, data governance, market launches, and AI standards. Lead system configuration, integration reliability, reporting integrity, intake prioritization, and cross-functional governance. Manage and expand the systems team, select and implement platforms across markets, establish shared data definitions, and ensure systems scale with geographic and brand expansion.
