Provides desktop, laptop, phone, printer, software, and end-user support; troubleshoots hardware and software issues; manages accounts, access privileges, patches, software deployments, asset inventories, and ticket tracking. Supports VoIP telecommunications and assists with servers and network administration. Responsibilities also include vendor management, hardware and software purchasing, testing, security compliance, documentation, and end-user training.

Processes biweekly payroll, garnishments, payroll taxes, tax notices, tax adjustments, vendor files, reconciliations, W-2s, and statutory reports. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, maintains payroll tax tables, approves tax changes, researches employee and creditor inquiries, and supports payroll tax projects and year-end procedures.

Assists the Controller with managing accounting staff, closing monthly financial results, preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance, reviewing reconciliations, coordinating audits, developing accounting processes, analyzing financial data, and communicating results and corrective actions to management, investors, and operating departments.
