Owns cross-functional go-to-market initiatives, operating cadences, reporting dashboards, hiring coordination, and strategic projects for the Head of GTM. The role identifies bottlenecks, implements systems and AI workflows, coordinates stakeholders, and makes operational decisions to accelerate execution and scale the GTM organization.
