Oversee the technical development, construction, implementation, and production launch of custom injection molds and secondary machinery. Collaborate with customers, toolmakers, vendors, and quality teams; prepare tooling quotations and technical requirements; manage part data, inspection prints, and BOM transfers; provide project progress reports; coordinate mold tryouts and test runs; troubleshoot molding issues; support pre-production changes; and evaluate drawings against quality specifications.
