The Litigation Paralegal drafts pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, notices, and subpoenas; conducts legal research using Westlaw; files pleadings through ECF; manages depositions and court deadlines; supports discovery and trial preparation; reviews and summarizes records; and tracks billable time while collaborating with attorneys.

Provides administrative and litigation support to attorneys, including court filings, drafting pleadings and discovery materials, document research, case preparation, exhibit organization, database management, scheduling, reimbursements, and billing coordination. Requires strong organization, communication, judgment, multitasking, technology proficiency, and teamwork in an in-office law firm environment.
