What you will do:
- Be a strategic part of litigation teams committed to providing excellent representation to our clients;
- Participate in trial preparation;
- Take and defend depositions;
- Prepare and argue motions;
- Research and analyze complex litigation issues
What you bring:
· 3 - 5 years of litigation experience;
- Experience in taking and defending depositions;
- Ability to research and investigate complex litigation areas;
- Excellent writing abilities What you receive:

Qualifications and Skills required:
- Juris Doctor
- Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Must be licensed and in good standing with Tennessee bar
