Manages healthcare supply categories, contracts, vendor relationships, sourcing strategies, negotiations, and value analysis initiatives. Oversees a large contract portfolio, leads RFP/RFQ processes, reviews contract language, tracks savings, and collaborates with clinical, legal, IT, quality, administrative, and executive stakeholders to improve cost efficiency, compliance, resource allocation, and patient care.

Maintains medical supply inventory across hospital units and care locations by counting stock, picking, packing, delivering, replenishing, organizing, and checking expiration dates. Builds relationships with clinical staff, communicates supply disruptions, enters inventory data using handhelds and ERP systems, maintains clean supply areas, and supports process improvement, regulatory readiness, infection control, and Joint Commission standards.

Supports the coordination, delivery, design, and evaluation of learning and talent development programs. Responsibilities include scheduling training, maintaining learning records, preparing materials, supporting onboarding and leadership programs, developing instructional content, analyzing feedback, coordinating stakeholders, and progressively facilitating learning sessions. The role requires strong organization, communication, project coordination, and interest in adult learning, instructional design, and organizational development.

Administers the full employee leave lifecycle, including counseling, eligibility determination, FMLA designation, accommodations, documentation, intermittent leave tracking, return-to-work coordination, and time-off programs. Advises employees and managers on leave laws, benefits, and responsibilities; maintains confidential records; collaborates with Employee Health; escalates complex matters; and improves HR knowledge resources. Requires strong communication, organization, compliance, conflict-resolution, and case-management skills.

Leads compensation analysis, job evaluations, market benchmarking, salary surveys, pay structures, incentive programs, and compliance initiatives. Provides data-driven recommendations and reports to HR leadership, manages compensation program administration, communicates compensation changes, mentors junior analysts, and leads related projects. Collaborates with HR and organizational leaders to support competitive, equitable compensation practices.

Supervises healthcare supply chain personnel responsible for receiving, inventory, par management, and distribution to clinical areas. Oversees recalls, conversions, shipments, inventory accuracy, compliance, KPIs, and process improvements. Leads training and change management, coordinates with IT on supply chain systems, and collaborates with procurement, logistics, warehouse, clinical, and administrative teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient product flow.

Maintains, designs, troubleshoots, and upgrades enterprise Citrix and platform engineering environments, including XenApp, VDI, and NetScaler. Leads complex infrastructure initiatives, system integrations, patching, performance optimization, security remediation, incident resolution, and configuration management. Provides hardware and software support, participates in on-call rotations, investigates security events, collaborates with architects and vendors, and coaches team members. The role requires strong systems engineering experience, cloud and virtualization knowledge, and familiarity with healthcare technology, compliance, and EMR platforms.
