Drives contact center modernization, cloud migration, automation, and responsible AI adoption while coordinating with clinical, business, network, security, and technology stakeholders. Establishes operational metrics, service standards, disaster recovery, and sustainable engineering coverage.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, integrations, reports, dashboards, and platform enhancements. Support ITSM and ITOM operations, incident and request triage, access provisioning, testing, asset management modules, and change governance through CAB participation.
