Create and publish social-first video, photography, graphics, and storytelling content; monitor trends; develop fan communities; support events and venue openings; and measure social performance through business-focused KPIs. Collaborate across marketing, operations, membership, technology, and venue teams while building a scalable content engine and reporting recommendations to leadership.

Drives local brand awareness, membership growth, guest traffic, and venue revenue through community partnerships, events, influencer relationships, digital marketing, online listings, guest engagement, promotional assets, and performance reporting. The role manages local marketing calendars, Google reviews, social content, sponsorships, and venue activations while supporting membership retention and event sales. Regular evening and weekend community and venue presence is required.
