Leads the organization’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, internal controls, and audit activities. Partners with the CEO, COO, Treasurer, Finance Committee, Board, and program leaders to support financial sustainability, risk management, compliance, and organizational growth. Oversees monthly close and financial reporting, manages policies and controls, coordinates external audits, and supervises finance-related activities.

Manages a nonprofit immigration legal services department, supervising attorneys, DOJ-accredited representatives, and support staff. Oversees case assignments, reviews filings, ensures legal and grant compliance, manages budgets and program procedures, and handles a targeted caseload of complex immigration matters. The role also leads mentorship, volunteer and intern programs, fundraising support, community outreach, coalition participation, and long-term departmental strategy.
