Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, configure CI/CD pipelines, onboard development teams, monitor logs, resolve issues, and promote DevSecOps best practices for secure cloud systems supporting Department of Defense programs.

Develops and enhances computer and network software for Naval Sea Systems Command programs. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, designing software solutions, integrating hardware and software systems, developing specifications and performance requirements, and maintaining application databases. The role supports program management and requires extensive experience with naval surface radar, electronic warfare, EO/IR, decoy, or laser software systems. Work is primarily on-site at Washington Navy Yard, with infrequent travel to naval locations.

Develops, validates, and maintains XML-based logistics and sustainment data for ground-based air defense systems. Translates logistics requirements into structured XML, supports integration with logistics and maintenance systems, maintains configuration control, conducts data quality audits, and contributes to provisioning, sparing, sustainment analysis, and lifecycle reporting. Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, configuration management, and logistics teams while supporting defense data standards and GBAD program deliverables.

Provide senior systems engineering support to Naval Sea Systems Command program management teams. Provides cybersecurity engineering support to a NAVSEA contractor team. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring cyber defense measures, assessing vulnerabilities, developing remediation strategies, maintaining security controls, responding to breaches, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policies and Assessment and Authorization requirements. The role is based primarily at the Washington Navy Yard, with occasional naval-centric travel to locations including Norfolk and San Diego.
