Provides administrative support across office asset management, procurement, supplier coordination, contract organization, budget tracking, and HR activities. Maintains inventory and asset records, manages purchasing and material delivery, archives contracts, assists with budget reports, and supports employee activities and workplace culture initiatives. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, fluent English, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and legal authorization to work in the United States.

Establishes and optimizes warehouse processes, SOPs, layouts, workforce structures, and operational targets. Improves utilization, efficiency, and costs while managing warehouse operations, S&OP planning, reverse logistics, and transportation coordination. Requires WMS proficiency, process design, project leadership, risk anticipation, data analysis, coordination, and Chinese proficiency.
